    Who is using this diffuser?

Currently im using the 3 in 1 ista diffuser and I'm getting alot of co2 thats not diffusing.

So i ordered the saga super diffuser, will be receiving it hopefully by the end of this week.

How is this diffuser compared to the ista 3 in 1 ?

I know the saga one requires a lot of pressure to work. Im running a diy pressurized co2 system , 2kg fire extinguisher fitted with paintball on/off valve and single stage oxygen regulator, working pressure can be adjusted to 6 bar so i think it will be able to work on my system.

    Any advice will be appreciated.

    Thanx.[IMG]

Thanx Lysine , my 3 in 1 ista diffuser is working fine , i just feel im wasting alot of co2 since most of it accumulate on the water surface.

Thats why i ordered the saga one , hopefully its diffusion is better and i get to save some co2.

Ill dip it in peroxide before i install it in my tank.

I have the super diffuser, and am happy with it.
To me it works better than the 3-in-1 that I had previously.

What nobody tells you, is that you need to soak the diffuser for 2 to 3 days before using it, in order for the ceramic to be come saturated.
    After that, it works well.

Cant seem to find any review of the saga one.

I have been using mine about a year now, with no issues.
Even the suction cups stick like mad, and are a bugger to get loose.

Nice...how big is your tank? Will be upgrading to a 4ft in the next month or 2. Will this diffuser work on a 4ft?

I have no idea what the pressure is.
The bottle is a 2kg Aquarium Depot CO2 cylinder.
The regulator is a standard single gauge SAGA regulator with solenoid.

I adjust the needle valve to dispense about 20 bubbles every 10 seconds, or 2 bps.

@Pezulu The diffuser got delivered today so i thought ill do a test run with it.

No fine mist all i get is big bubbles

Is that why you said it must be soaked for 3 days so that it can work properly?

Seems its working pressure is a lot less than the ista 3 in 1.
