Well I have been keeping an eye on my rosy fined tetras and they have spawned tues sat and again this morning and I am sure as I have seen them scatter the eggs and the male shake above the female. They have been courting for 3 months and finally spawned on tues the tank is heavily planted so the female has been hiding out of the males sight for a while. They aren't being conditioned just being fed sera vipan and they get hold of the corries superior nutriotion pellets everyday but I gues I must be doing something right for 3 spawns in under a week. I don't plan on keeping any of the fry they get to all the eggs before they even hit the gravel well the other fish do. Is 3 spawns a week normal as I have no idea what the norm is. Thanks

Yip I have the same thing with my Neons. I think they are not that hard to breed like most people think. Never see any fry though. If you really want to breed them you would have to put them in a tank on their own and remove them after spawning.

I got some emperor tetras two weeks ago. In my main display tank there is one piece of wood with allot of moss growing on it and one of the males took this over. As soon as there is a female close to him in the moss the action starts. They shiver at each other and the male move in for the squeeze. I think the only challenge would be to raise fry as they would be super small.

Congratulations, I think it shouldn't be a problem that they are spawning that often unless they start getting obviously fatigued.

I've had Emperors and Black Neons spawn successfully in a community tank, all I needed was lots of Java Moss as part of the tank decor. I got three baby neons and two baby emperors - a 20% increase in their respective populations :D

Your tetras will probably stop soon after their egg and milt stores have been exhausted.
