Ropefish, raised scales and fungal infection

Hello Prof

Two of my ropes have raised scales, and what looks like the onset of a fungal infection. Fine white fluff on the body of the fish.

This is the same tank as the itchy tinfoil.

Should I contiunue with the salt treatment?

Current tank temp is 26.
20% water changes still happening every 3 days.
