   Hi finally got a rope fish ,but know i want a other one.Need some advice my tank is 250L just over a meter long ,want to know if they like being in groups or better keeping them on there own.

   They do like being in groups. I'll see if I can find this article I read the other day.

   i had 4 Rope Fish in a 250L tank.
   Had them for a few years - no problems.
   
   they were my fave fish and I was sorry to see them go when I got my Discus.
   
   They do best in smaller groups. So definately get another few
   give them some wood to hide behind.
   And remember to block any potential gaps in the lid of the tank. They are notorious escape artists.
