Wanted: Rocks for malawi tank

Hi guys
This request has been posted by other members but, I am going to ask again. I am looking for rocks for a new Malawi tank that I am setting up.

My lfs has rocks for like r.120 per KG and I think that is going to be crazy for me. So kzn people please help.

eish if you were closer.... in-laws farm near kimberley has about 200 ton of rock, for free, as many types as you want... left over from diamond digging...

I think we must get a hold of @ Chongkie and bribe him with a bunny chow

 

I can always bribe my dad for some more pelindaba rock in his garden

@dash, what type of rocks are you looking for? and how much? there are a couple of nice big sandstone (similar to the rocks in my tank) at our office. Can try sneak some out for you.

I found some good looking rocks on my way home the other day, guys were busy digging on the side of the road and dug whole heap of this out, currently in my Malawi fry tank. just stopped one day from work and collected some :blushing: .....BUT im in East London!
