rescaped tank pics

hey guys so yesterday i caught all the gups and transferred them cleaned the tank and rescaped it before adding Vulcan. he seems really happy and is definately moving around more, exploring some of the caves iv built the khulis are also more active moving from cave to cave in a very relaxed way. i may want to add some more plantings though of what i dont know and maybe something floating so he can make himself a bed. i want to put the rock background poster i got with the tank back aswell and try break the spray bar up so the current is even less than it is now. anyway here the pics, it should look even better once his lady friends arrive, im getting 2 halfmoons, white and green and a black crowntail from Dolphin:bigsmile: im so excited i cant wait for them to arrive! lol

 

Me also want white and green halfmoons! Do take some pics,but sure you will.

Just a curious note, pure black females are 99% chance they are sterile.

 

i dont really have any intention to breed, hence the 3 females so he cant zone in on one. i dont have the space for another tank never mind the fact my ma will kill me if i suggest i would like another tank lol. i love the green colour and im looking for one that tends more toward turqoise and the whites are gorgeous as well halfmoons cos the finnage on the females is better than the standerd. the black im getting just cos i feel the yellow can look a bit pale and i dont want females with the same colouring as my male, especially with the srtong colouring of the others the yellow may be over powered and fade into the background which is not what i want.

maybe if i put more holes in the spray bar it'll lessen the pressure the water comes out at. iv put the filter off now so that i can see what he does and he definately moves around more so i have to figure something out with the bar. what do you think of the scape Vis?

Also like the turqouise coloursm found the perfect little double ray crown female last weekend I want to breed
but only with the perfect male

 

talk to Dolphin he's bringing in at the end of this month beginning of next maybe he can find something for you? or Solex if you can get someone else down in capetown to ship it for you.
