Rescaped 2ft tanks

    Hi all

    i have done some work on two of my 2fts .. opinions will be appreciated

    @ASHMAN, I love both scapes, they look stunning. I love your Amazon Sword in the first tank, it is a very impressive specimen.

    Do you only have the 2 x 2ft tanks?

    i have three 2fts , a 1.5ft and busy setting up a 4ft.. i have no other space whatsoever. i had to hand over a 3ft to a friend for safe keeping:cry:

    Why don't you look at getting some racking, then at least you can go up, like I've had to do. It's not as heartbreaking as getting rid of your tanks and I don't think it is too expensive...

    Just an idea to look into...

    that is a great idea and yes , i have that on the cards.we have renovations going on at the moment . once that is complete i will give that a shot .

    It's only a pleasure. Mine are currently working out great, but I will post pics once all the tanks are sorted out and running properly.

    It's the only way that I am able to set up my breeding tanks and such so I have to thank my mom for the great idea, now I'm just glad to share it....:thumbup:

    Nice scapes, especially tank 2. If I may ask, where did you get that moss from??

    Hi there @ASHMAN, nice scrapes there just one question though, in tank 2, far right the is one lonly plant there looks like anubis, if so make sure the Ryzome is not planted below the subs.
    It will rot and die if it is.

    @wsteene , thank you and yes that is flame moss that a forum member gave to me @Vis.

    @Lizid , yes you are right, i do have some on the drift wood as well and i will attend to that particular cutting. thanks for the advice :smile1:

    @ASHMAN have you found the black hawaii sand in the first tank raises your ph?
