    Hi Everyone

    I'm currently running a Sicce Shark Adv 800 in my 3foot 150l community tank.
    I don't feel it is doing a good enough job and I have had a couple of bad experiences with other internal filters (Eheim, Resun etc)
    I was thinking that a cannister is the right route to go.
    Any recommendations? I would like something that will create a bit of extra flow as I have some Giant Danio and other fauna that like a bit of flow.

    Would appreciate your recommendations

    @bbaker

    I have always liked the Fluval range.
    Would a Fluval 206 be available near where you live?

    I am filtering my 180l with a TertaTec EX1200 and it is really a great value for money performer.

    Why not look at going with a HOB?

    Most canisters are the same today, all of the parts are made in the same factory they just get different branding when leaving the factory. So it is up to you to decide which brand you are going to choose.

    @bbaker: Nothing wrong with RS Electrical used some of their filters in the past. Don't know about spare availability though.
