Hello fellow TASA members. Just asking for some opinions again. Sorry I do this alot I know. I am thinking of taking the rocks out of my 3 foot tank and just loading it with plants(no rocks, wood or any other hardscape) IE: Try get a really densely planted look in the tank(tall in the back, short in the front and will try the magic 1.618 ratio or 3rds rule). Was just wondering if this is a viable idea at all if you think ill be wasting my time?Does it look good in the end?

A densely planted tank is always a good option, using the golden ratio to get the scape right will make it better. How it will look is up to you and in the end the only person it really matters too,is you.
There is nothing wrong with using hard scape, wood or rock.Tie anubia or java fern to some wood or rock and you have a instant aqua scape, place it correctly and you have a base or structure to work from. The entire scape/design can flow from that structure.Wood or rock also adds a sense of age or maturity to the scape.

Remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and you will be looking at the aquarium every day.
