Power head or submersible pond filter

    Good day,

    My canister filter impeller gave in and cannot find the correct size or even 1 to mod it, so I want to eliminate the problem once as it's an obsolete canister (Resun) I want to add a power head or pond filter, will it be efficient enough as the intake pipe will connect to either pump, in saying that, will there be mechanical filtration via the canister as 1 of the pumps will suck in the water and will either pump hold the waste, forgive me, I am clueless when it comes to this.

    2nd, does anyone have a pond pump or power head for sale.
