Can go have a look at Pet stop otherwise small water changes (5-10%) every twenty minutes will help as well

Most LFS sell them. How long has the power been off and how heavily is your tank stocked ?

Dont worry, my fish has gone a whole day without power.
When the oxygen levels decreases the fish will swim less therefore limiting the oxygen intake they use.

When the power is off for a long time, i use a small rugby ball pump and attach a piece of air pipe to it with a airstone on the end and pump oxygen into the water every hour or so.

You only have to worry if it's winter and the temperature drops.

@Bandit Your aquarium contains more than just fish that need oxygen. The bacteria that's part of the nitrogen cycle also needs oxygen and will start dying off if their oxygen supply isn't replenished. If too many of them die, your tank will need to Cycle again. I love the hand pump idea though!

What type of filter do you have? Like @jrgns said, the really important thing is not to let your bacteria die. What you need to do if the power failure is more than 2 hours or so is to take the filter out (if it's internal) or empty out the water from it (if a canister) so that the filter media are still wet, but not under water. That way the bacteria can survive for some time. Just don't let the media dry out completely, pour (tank!) water over it every now and then.
