Pond still green.

    IMG-20181022-WA0020.jpeg Hi guys I've recently added a yt 45000 boyu filter with a uv light and ceramic rings. I've added pond clear. I've done water changes and it's been about 2 weeks now.     Can you get hold of some barley straw?
    If you submerge a small bale I have found it gets rid of the small unicellular algae suspended in the water. IME it doesn't deal with stringy algae growing on the sides or bottom of the pond

    I must say i looks weird seeing a pond and then right behind it barbed wire and the city. Two worlds apart.

    Adding a big filter or even a pre filter with batting will clear that pond in a few days .
