    Hi all

I need help to Id these pleco's. They were obtained as L168's but they are definitely not. The closest I could come to them on Planet Catfish is L236. They are 5.5cm atm, have a complete white belly and a yellow base covers the entire body. They are not L134 either which also has a yellow base but broad black bands like the L168. Thanks in advance for the help.

@ROEKSTE - Thought so to but L134 has very definitive black vertical bands.

I had a look on Planet Catfish again and I am now with the help and pics of @ROEKSTE and Planet Catfish, convinced that these pleco's are indeed L134 Leopard Frog Pleco's. The Black band colour pattern through me off. Seeing that these guys reach 110mm and they are now just 55mm, their patterning might still change as the get older and sexually mature. Now I hope they're male & female. Time will tell. Always wanted L134 and now they have landed in my lap so to speak. How lucky can you get????

Hi @fishcrazy - they are doing very well thank you. The little one has grown quite a bit. Must take some pics at some stage and post. They are my pride and joy!
