    Hi my fellow fishy friends.

I bought this plant from my LFS this morning, like usual the staff dont know what type of plant it is:blink:.

The sticker just says Imported plants.

i really like this plant my Tiger barbs are leaving it alone and I only paid R25 for it :cheesy:

So please help my identify this plant, as I want to get more of it.

This is a decent plant with nice strongs stems.

Excuse my little Tiger barb dudes being in the way of the photos, the last one is nice and clear.:p

    Please advice.

    Thanks.

Dracaena, some store owners just don't know all plants and go with what the supplier tells them.

Ag nee man, well if this is the case i will go and exchange this plant for something else tomorrow.

Bloody idiots at the lfs selling non aquatic plants.

Well lets hope what ever I get tomorrow, is an aquatic plant.

Saw one that had nice reddish leaves hope this is the real McCoy.

Thanks for all the input guys.

They buy the mix batch of plants on the order list. It is mostly non aquatic. If you want quality plants buy from the sponsors.

Is it safe to keep it in my tank till tomorrow?

I read on the site that dewaldc mentioned, they say if the tank stands on it own when taken out of water then it is non aquatic and when the plant droops out of the water then it is aquatic. Ok cool thanks ryno. And thanks to dewaldc for the site.

According to the new Consumer Protection Act you have full right to a refund or a replacement, although for R25.00 it may not be worth arguing over.
