Please help, in a bad situation. :(

Hey guys, today I had a really bad day. I woke up and the light on the 4ft and the 1.5ft had blown. I tried to get a C02 refill and couldnt. I tried to get lights and I couldnt. I am really struggling here. The big tank is supposed to be high tech but I dont know where to buy a 2x54watt t5 dual ballast. I tried AcDc express in Rustenburg but they only had T8's. I have been trying to get a refill on my fire extinguisher canister for C02 but the 2-3 places I tried didnt do it. I am going to Jo'burg Next weekend (Sunday the 17th ) and If anyone knows where, in Rustenburg or JHB, I can refill my C02 canister, buy a new one even, and buy a dual 54watt t5 ballast unit. Would prefer to get the lighting here in case it doesnt fit.
Would a fire station refill C02? What stores sell The t5 ballast units?
PLEASE any help appreciated........

Hey. Look for paintball shops in your area. They will be able to help you on the co2 refils.

Hey bud! Sorry about your bad luck!

I refill my CO2 canisters at a place called Transfire. They are 2km south of OR Tambo. (Pity you are not coming on a weekday! Only open Mo-Fr)
They also sell CO2 canisters (always ask to have siphon tube removed before your new canister is filled).

Ballasts you can get from LCI (Luminaire Component Industry) on Sam Green Rd in Germiston (1km drive from Transfire). 95 bucks for a dual 54W ballast. They specialise in all types of ballasts and tombstones for lights. (Again only open Mo-Fr).

On a Sunday you'd have to try a LFS. Loolilocks in Boksburg stock "Real" and "Daro" ballasts (single 54W ballasts with a switch for 95 odd bucks).
