    Lileaopsis brasiliensis is a very demanding plant and I suggest you rather consider Lilaeopsis mauritiana which is much easier to grow...

    True but they can be picked at roodeplaatdam's inflow.
    Seeing as they grow natively here do you need to lower the temperature in the aquarium and climatise them before plantig them in a tropical setup?
