Hi guys so I'm converting my 4 ft to a blackwater tank and don't know much about plants, any suggestions on types of plants that would do well with low lighting?

Vallisneria grows easily almost anywhere. Anubias would be OK as will java moss (or others) and java fern. Also depends how much light will be able to penetrate the the areas you want to plant. If it's only the top then those plants should be fine attached to some wood etc.
