did you recently add these to the tank or have they been in there for a long time?

what is the kelvin rating for the daylight tube you are using?

No....not really...... How do I tell?

2x15 watt.... Some random brown gravel......and approximate measurements are 60x35x30 (lxhxw)

The feather plant thing is most likely hornwort...which is a very hardy plant.

Egeria is also a very hardy plant to the point that it is considered invasive and is on the black list.

Bacopa monnieri, baby tears, does need good light and might not do well in a low light tank.

I would suggest you check and improve your lighting as a first step. If you want to go with a full plant setup, then your substrate must be corrected as well. Fertiliser would be needed also, subject to the plants you eventually want to keep.

Kelvin (K) = the temperature of light. Ideally you want your lights to be 6500K for the plants. Wattage is not the main criteria when selecting lights for planted aquaria, it is important for determining the amount of light needed - try to get at least 1watt per litre.

If there are no other environmental factors inhibiting plant growth, then once the lights are corrected the plants should bounce back quick.
