Planted suppliers please!! and lighting

Hi guys,

can you please help me, Can someone please give me a cell number or email of a plant supplier as the petshops here in pretoria are crap, even animal kingdom, I am looking for eleocharis parvula ( hairgrass ) and mosses ( java or christmas or any kind i dont mind! )

Oh and i am looking for good lighting for my soon to be planted 2ft tank, I have contacted a guy from marine and this is what he sent me, Is it a rip off?

If its not can someone please give me a place to buy lights, preferable t5 ho, spectrum between 5000k and 7000k.
