Planted nano with DIY CO2

It had to happen
A 1 foot tank with bits and bobs and java ferns and a DIY internet copied CO2 experiment
it produces bubles every 15 mins ? o wel didnt cost me a cent soo far(yeast sugar potato skin)
i need plants and java moss ,and and subrate to plant the java ferns and a small driftwood
I am running a 32 wat daylight 10k light that a client donated from an ADA ? setup
Dont shoot me dont ask specs and it is ann experiment
Running a modiefied Via Aqua canister filter and the light keeps the water at 26 degrees
some seachem prime is in and stable

 

O and those 4 fish is going to Willems 580 liter tomorrow as my other tanks is sold , i am open to Beta or guppie donations
and yes there is a plastic plant in so i can hide my filter

I am gonna give a few comments so I hope you don't mind.

Firstly are those malawis in there?
Secondly CO2 don't work for plastic plants I have tried.

The sugar and time for the CO2 for such a little setup would be better spend on some excell.

Java ferns should not be planted.

In a 1ft tank a 6500K CFL is more cost effective.

But +1 for trying something new to you.

Still going had to turn down the CO2 the water was becoming milky that is a proven scientific reason I think
And rasboras was sold out so I got male show guppie and 2 females they seem very happy .I always bred guppies for live food but these are just stunning .I am getting soft lol
PS and Gabe had to get 2 golden snails

Nice, 6-8 weeks for the java ferns to really start showing growing and pushing new leaves. Just let it sit.

 

rescape with real soil in and a dead bonzai and wierd green stufff the LFS gave to me,excuse the heater my small one is at siamiase fan ?probably have to by a new one ,can anyone id the fine green moss
