Came to work this morning and checked my angels working hard at cleaning their spawn area in my work tank.. was a matter of time and the female got busy. hopefully this time i will have some fry.
Male is vicious.. anyone coming near the tank gets charged, i have a CAE and a guppy in there, the left side of the tank is a no go area

Seems if the eggs are close to the surface, advice is to do a small wc without exposing the eggs to atmosphere

they are quiet close yes, i think what i will do is just add water and not take out, the tank has lost about 10% water over the last few days as covers have been off.

Hey, congrats @Ammar. Take it easy now with the WC's, just top up for now as needed and don't let the eggs get exposed to the atmosphere. Be sure to use only aged water which parameters are the same or very close to what the tank is including temp etc. If you can, remove all other fish except the parents obvious.

thanx @Charles, i decided not to do anything to the water, i covered the tank so there wont be much water evaporating over the weekend. can't wait for tomorow to see if i still have anything left..

thanks for all the messages guys, i cme to work this morning and the angels had moved the little ones, this is what it looks like, they are all wigling like crazy,
please can i get direction from the pros here, how long will these guys survive without food, and what should i be feeding and when. i have frozen BBS, i also am trying to hatch BBS eggs.. not sure if i will succeed this time.

Babies swam for about 3days protected by parents and tgen they all disapeared. The parents are due for their next batch I saw them cleaning late yesterday. Hoping I will find eggs when Im back at the office on Monday. Will separate them this time soon as they become free swimmers.
