hi folks so i promised pics wen my tank had cycled and evryone was moved in so here they are.

stock:
1 crown tail betta
2 3 spot gouramis
15 platys
3 sail fin mollies (will be getting one or 2 more hopefully incl a male)
2 apple snails
1 bristlenosed plec
2 bronze corys
1 pepper cory ( another one will be added this wkend)
will be adding 2 angels aswell this wkend
guppies which will have to be removed as they were just used for cycling.

Plants:
lots of water sprites
2 amazon swords
3 anubias nana
hair grass
unidentified purply green plant
jave fern

im working on sorting out the GSA algae

if you don't mind me asking what plant is in Pic 2 and 3 and 4

 

not at all gareth, the fern like stuff is watersprite (Ceratopteris thalictroides). its an awesome plant its been in the tank eh maybe a month and a half and it looks like that with minimum ferts and no CO2 and it shoots roots at the base of the leaves and starts growing a new plant. i used my original 2 sprites and they provided all the lil offsets to plant around the rest of the tank. i also have a bunch of the offsets floating on top of the water and the platy fry as well as my betta like to rest in it (it doesnt look nice but im keeping it for that reason alone. i'l be trimming back in a month or so if you interested in some cuttings?

 

Defiantly would love some.

 

not a prob i have bout 10 lil plantlets free floating and probably another 5 - 8 that ill be trimmin off, how many would you like?

 

as many as you are willing to give me .....lol

 

lol ok uhm i cant give all vulcans bed away and i know slojo wants as well so bout 6 plantlets? they grow pretty quick.
