Pet stop – giving back to the community

PET STOP believes in giving back to the community. We started by selling koeksisters for Elize’s bone marrow transplant. Now furthering our contribution, we support Elize’s cause.

Elize was diagnosed with lymphoblastic leukemia at the age of 23. After months and months of treatment Elize had to have both hips replaced because the medication made her bones brittle, this was a success.

Elize is currently undergoing an aggressive chemo treatment to combat the cancer a second time. We are a group of friends trying to help our friend overcome this terrible cancer and we need same big hearts to help us out.
On the 4th of August 2012 a Fund-raising Fun Run will be held at Toutrekpark, Michael Brink Street, Gezina, Pretoria.

PET STOP will assist in this Fund Raising by handing out T-Shirts to the first hundred entrants and by donating 5% of our income on the 4th August for this cause. Henk Hugo from MICROBE LIFT will match our donation on that day. Scott from AQUARIUM DEPOT also came in with an additional 5%. This bring the total to 15% of Pet Stop’s turnover for 4th August.!!!!!!! (and it look like 2 more wholesalers are going to match this 5% bringing the total to 25% ??)

We at PET STOP would like to challenge all our business customers to match or better our donation and we are asked all our hobbyist to participate.

Please help assist to make this a worthy evert.

Great Gesture.... I hope the others rise to the challenge.... I have a long list of "wants" when I set up my fishroom in Kby when I move there in October.... I hope you ship, as I would rather support your cause than the average lfs trying to drain my pocket... good luck with your project.
