Pet Expo this weekend 18 & 19th-JHB

Hi Guys & Gals just thought i would remind everyone of the pet expo this weekend at the Dome, All pets,FISH!!!!!!!!! dogs, cats, hamsters, Etc.
Don't miss it!!!!! Going to be educational!!!!

 

Is there going to be fish?

 

I've phoned the dome and they say there is going to be a fish expo on the floor & the guys who are running the fish expo are experts in their field, Maltons are also going to be there, Fish tanks, koi ponds etc so if you want to go it might be a funfilled day!!

 

any idea the cost?

 

R50-00 to get in!

 

There were almost ZERO fish things there!! What a waste. The Pet Stop stand was just Koi... Pfft. There were better things there last year.

 

Yeah pretty much just pet masters (not pet stop) had koi and there were some smallish display tanks at the marltons stand. Great show for dog lovers, not so much for the rest really... At least VIP was close by at northgate...

 

Good thing i spend my R50.00 on fish.

Geeezz! I was so dissapointed in that pet expo that i nearly left, they said that there would be nice displays of all kinds of fish and that there would be a variaty of goods to see, they totally lied. and the only display that looked good was the one upstairs and it wasn't open to the public only to the dealers. What a load of SH%T!!! I still can't believed they lied. I'm still upset about that!!! Geeezzz!!!!

They also said that the guys at the fish dislpays were experts in their feild but i asked around about de-chlorinator and what was the ingredients and non of them knew!!!

 

You and i were in the same boat, I was also rudely pointed away, so wasn't impressed at all.

I'm a dog lover... so I enjoyed a bit of the dog show, (not than dog dancing and jumping through hoops cr@p... but rather the pedigree dog's on show!) Even the Reptile section was better than the fish!

Rory you were 100% right... at leat VIP were only a few 100m away, and managed to get a few stuff there.

The highlight of the show was the mini-donuts that were on sale... (at a rip off price might I add!)

 

I've sent a complaint letter to The Dome in regard to their Tropical Fish dislpays and the way we were treated and the misinformation we were given prior to the Expo. They need to know what the public think about the incident.
