Opinion for setup:

    I am presently looking to setup a 1.2 x 45 x 45, and looking to possibly keep the following:

    Firemouths
    Blue Jack Dempsey
    Kribensis

    I need some opinions please on tank mates setups (pumps/substrate) and peacefulness.

    I make that roughly 240L

    Do you want
    1 fish (the JD)
    A pair of Firemouths
    A pair of kribs and some other fish with them ( quite a few options)

    Hi Reedfish,
    i would like to keep a few of what ever route i go, i have never kept any of the above. So trying to go with the advice of ppl that have kept. What can be kept with Kribs, after some reading they seem to stay the smallest at full size.

    I think that in a tank your size, Kribs would be the best option.

    I have had the following stocking in the past:

    A pair of Kribs
    Angels (5)
    Shoal of Bleeding Heart Tetras
    A few Corydoras catfish
