    An active user is any person that has logged on (visited the forum) in the last 30 days, they do not have to post to be counted, just logged on.

    Yip, lets hope it stays that way:bigsmile:, but you tend to find that as a forum grows in age a lot of new members will sign up just to read and not to post, that's when the percentage starts dropping, MASA used to have an average of about 54% I think, until the members list started really growing then the percentage started to drop.

    The problem with this is you lose all the useful historical data. It might be useful for the webmaster to know how many people used to be active, but no longer are, so that he can try things to keep people active for longer.

    As i'm still new here, i don't know anything about the history of TASA. It would be nice to get a little info how,when,why it all started.
    Maybe something for a threat??

    See www.fishforum.co.za now gets redirected to an "This Account Has Been Suspended" page ... domain only expires in 2010-07 but the forum seems to be gone with all the past content.
