ok so a while back Raymond gave me some of his ASII for my UG to propogate. i decided to setup my nanno again. its a plain standard daro nano tank.. very good size actually :)

Spud (the wise one as usual) gave me some suggestions that i should grow it emmersed for a while:p

since it was winter, growth was quite slow..

but after getting enough growth, i decided to fill it up :)
ASII is cool but if ur using tap water it leaches and water goes yellow :( even with RO water eventually, my water was still yellow and i was doing 100% wc weekly..

it currently houses my more hard to keep plants. i blast it with co2, ferts, filtration and lights..this is how it looks now:

doesnt have any fish in yet.. going to add some nano fish soon :)

pic of downoi that i almost lost:

You cant beat old skool dude! White Clouds - always look good... Otherwise a trio (1 x male;2 x female) Honey Gouramis for a completely different look...

Honey Gouramis would be too big for a 1ft tank, me thinks. Some Chilli rasboras would be awesome! Like Mr Amano says, if you don't have any red plants, add red fish!!

    12l of water;3 x Honey Gouramis @ 2.5cm-3cm each = 4l per fish....way adequate - use to breed mine in 1 footers....
