No more nails?

Hi Proff

Just got a brain wave on my new tank design and will be up all night doing it. I currently don't have silicone is Pattex No More Nails safe to use? This will be bonding my stones and will submerged permanently.

Pattex is toxic and is pretty useless on stuff that is below the water, so have a beer tonight and then buy some silicone tomorrow.

Oh well i might as well prepare my materials though, let them soak over night. As for that beer...

Um... silicon will not adhere to anything that has been soaked either. So it you planning on soaking the rocks... then you would need to let them dry out over tomorrow night.. so you would have another beer night.

 

Haha well thanks for letting me know now, just found a Bostik Marine clear silicone sealant. Can i use this?
