    hi everybody

just want to say that this is a great site,

i am quite new to this so please exuse if i ask allot of questions, i am still learning.

i currently have a 3ft tank with angels and a few other smaller fish.

    Question 1
over the weekend i took out all plastic plants and planted real ones, dont know what tipes they are, but my problem now is that the angels love them and cant stop eating them. is there somthing i can do to prevent this or is it because the plants are something new to them.

    thanks allot
    carel

hi carel from vryheid. my old home town, grew up there (moved to pta in 1994 i think) . . sorry to hear your angels have the munchies, try an algae/spirulina based feed. if they are well fed on plant material they probably wont munch the plants?

    hello and welcome to tasa!

are they actually eating the plants and causing damage? or are they just nibbling on it without any damage to the plants?

do you by any chance know a guy called Roy, if I;m remembering the name right. he must be in his late 60 if not early 70s by now - keeps marines.
