So a quick update on the tank and a huge thank you to @rsa collected a ton of plants from him it was nice to put a face to a name, planted my s. repens
my Marsilea hirsuta decided to melt away but i see some signs of growth from it even though its very slight signs of life some pic below of the tank now i just need to wait for it to grow and fill in. dosing scape complete and excel everyday. i also added some inhabitants 6 Rio flame tetra, 6 white clouds, my last remaining lemon tetra who has been with me for the past 6 years and the remnants of my cherry shrimp colony +-10

You have a good plant density there so that always helps

just a weekly growth up date after a mini trim of some dead or dying leaves
Quite impressed by the scape complete and excel combination growth rate seems to be doing well for a low tech setup

I love the contrast between the white and green with the wood breaking it

Very good growth, looks great, things seem to be right on track
You could trim and replant the stems at the back for bushy growth?

@A new day thanks for the advice, that's what i have done with the hygrophilla difformis, i am letting it grow to the top of the tank to try and get as much submersed growth as possible and then trimming them back down, hopefully i can get some bushy growth as it progresses . at the moment i think the back ground is a little bit "leggy"

Yes it is a bit leggy and I know we’re so happy to have the intended height quickly, but they’ll grow out quickly healthy and bushier!

Trim about a third from the bottom- 2 new shoots will form. Replant the tops in between
