Need help to make plant "Bushy"

Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me why my Limnophila sessiliflora is not "bushing"? By bushing I mean that the stem is quite long before new leaves are formed. I have seen pictures of this effect as well as in some pet shops.

My plants in my Jebo R338 on my desk at work does "bush":


But on my tank at home it looks like this:


It also form quite large "unsightly" roots in the middle of the plants:



Before I forget, the tank is a 2ft with Co2 and 2x24w T5 6500K and 2x24w T5 8000K

Help would be greatly appreciated.

as to light and co2.... I have the following in the tank: Co2 and 2x24w T5 6500K and 2x24w T5 8000K

Is this light perhaps not enough?

 

just keep cutting and replanting .. it should come right
