    Good day
I need help identifying this White "Pimple" on my Apistogramma Agassizii. Here's some pics.

I cant find anything online that resembles it. Started out as a small white Pimple below his Dorsal fin but its protruding more and on both sides of the fin. I'm not sure if it's a parasite or a growth. Maybe a cyst?

The apisto is in a 90 liter planted aquarium and shares it with tetras and ottos. They don't seem to be affected. The aquarium is over 2 years old and water parameters are fine with temps at 25 degrees. The fish is acting and eating normally.

Should I be concerned and how do I treat him?
    Thanks in advance.

    Maybe treat for hookworm?
I had a similar thing on my one goldfish. Treated the pond with pond medic and it seemed to go away, but then came back a while later. I treated it again but quite heavily and sadly the fish died (the one with white things, not the others). Not sure if it was the meds that killed the fish or the white stuff.

You can try get some prazipro though and see if that helps? Make sure to give a second dose three weeks after the first.

That's the best pics I could get with my phone. I've quarantined him yesterday and added aquarium salt, Paraguard and Indian Almond leaves. I've also raised the temp to 28. When I checked today, it seems to be shrinking. That can also be part of the cycle, if it's a parasite. Gonna keep my eye on him...
