Ok, if it's blacklisted I don't really care if you own one, as long as you don't supply others or release it. I would have a serious problem with someone getting endangered fish illegally. It shows a serious disregard for conservation of that particular species and creates a market for endangered fish, leading to more collection of that fish, further depleting their natural levels ad leading ultimately to the extinction of that species. I think it's a deplorable practice and should be severely discouraged.

Disregard if this would be sourced through legal means, although I still think it should be left to avoided... :blink1:

So how is it that even though there is a black list, but yet you still find petshops selling these fish, rainbow cichlids for example, I bought a pair about a month ago

Where do I find a blacklist? To see whats on there and not? Cause I breed wit hmy rainbows and supply multiple petshops with them, it helps the hobby going... And know one has ever informed me that they are black listed, in sted the petshops crave more because they so hard to come by???

O and Gaawie I get what you saying. But I am trying to optain the gold nugget legagly. If its getting into petshops or anywhere in the country, how could it be wrong for me to want to own one?

Gertjc - The Deacon is Male im Pretty sure. But i might be able to get you a female. If you can wait awhile.... got your pm. Replied but aparently i could because im to new, need more posts or sumthing. Sorry theres not pics up yet, still strugeling to get them smaller.

The blacklist is listed under the T&C's.

Or let me rather say the rules and regulations
