Well not much to say... I moved my tank... What a mission, took me the whole day, luckily no fish deaths so far. Have them in my 3ft for the moment.

I did manage to rescape the tank the same way it was before the move, just moved a few plants around here and there. Had no time to work out a new scape. Just need to sort out the lights still.

I might be moving some time this year. Have 6 empty tanks I decided not to setup for that reason. Have 3 running that I'm sure will be stressful to move...

You've done well - will get hold of some tips from you when I am ready :)

It all goes into the planning and preparing the move, had the 3ft setup prior to the move and cycled the filter so that i can add the fish to it. Moved the 3ft before i moved the 4ft and added the fish to the 3ft at the new place.

Those are 5 x 30w led flood lights plus 2 x18w led tubes, dosing is co2 and my own EI mix.

As far as diy and simplicity goes @Clappies ... you have mastered it . Interested in the makeup of your EI mix . What’s in it ?

Thanks for the info. I'm.planning to do a similar light setup. I'm curious to see what the fish looks like under these lights. Also are these 6500k lights or just chose any standard 30 w led floodlight.

Thanx guys, haha Pierre hopefully this time it will be a while before we move again, dont be fooled by the nice pic I took a few days ago, if it was a month ago it would have been like soup, had the worst green water ever... It took 3 weeks to clear with a 9w uv filter running 24/7 and like 80% water changes.

The EI mix i make is as follows :
    50g Kno3 to 200ml distilled water. Dose 6ml of this = 4.1 ppm N
    7g kh2po4 to 200ml distilled water. Dose 6ml of this = 0.6 ppm po4
    20g k2so4 to 200ml distilled water. Dose 6ml of this = 1.2 ppm K

For traces i still use trelmix, but i dose like almost nothing 0.1 or 0.2ml and 0.5ml of fe gluconate (microb-lift iron)

Im running the tank lean on ferts but it seems to work oh i also add epsom salt at water change like one teaspoon.

I only have shrimp in this tank and 9 amano shrimps.
