Da Boss!

 

I really like "Da Boss"

I would just put some plants on the left in front of the filter. Love the pebbles.

ps: are those live plants in there or just a background? If they're not live plants, get some live plants. My betta also loves anything he can swim through or under etc. He absolutely adores anubias nana.

 

Thanks Dinky! Actually not quite happy with that filter looking for something a bit neater and compact.
The plants are just a background, will transplant a few plants out of the bigger tank and give it a try.

@dash if you have some to spare I would really appreciate it.
@Dinky that sponge filter was drving me crazy. I actually used a return pump from a water feature seems to be working. Da Boss is still getting accustomed to his new surroundings.
