With co2 you can add atleast 2 more lights. Looks nice. Some staurogyne repens will lool nice infront of the rocks

Plants, not sure of all plants but this is what I know:
wisteria plant
hygrophila corymbosa
willow leaf hygro
HM
rotala colorata
ludwigia ovalis
hygrophila polysperma
a few other goodies, planning on making a HC carpet and adding some other foreground plants like echinodorus small kind, sturo. repens etc. Some vallis will go in with some cabomba, java moss and something else. Will see.

 

you should also have ludwigia repens, bacopa two types and rotala roundfolia, water sprite
