My new Cheapie!

Hi all,

This is the newest addition to my Betta Collection.
His name is Superman. He is Double Tail, still very young.

I got him about a week ago, for next to nothing!!
The LFS where I bought him sold him to me for the price of a normal Veil Tail.

I decided to put Nina, another new addition, into his tank after about thre days, and caught them in the act of spawning 2 days later. Well, the fry have hatched last night, and I'm thrilled!!

It kinda makes up for the losses I had over the weekend: When I got home on Friday, one of my favourite Crowntails have died, he was still fine that morning. And on Sunday evening, I found my Fave Violet Veiltail dead as well.

Luckily I have two clutches of 4 day old Crowntail fry also going strong!!

When I got him he looked much paler, but I think good food helps a lot.

Oh, and thank you for contacting that LFS, apparently Omega products will be available to me soon. Can't wait!! :biggrin:
