Was at LFS to get a heater for my aquarium and saw this guy. Couldnt leave him, he's just too cute. When I was researching the varoius Beta colours a while back, I saw u could get white and I so badly wanted one. I think it was fate :)

    It has indeed hehehe :)
I'm just not quite sure where to put him at the moment... Oh and I got myself a heater..set it to 26 deg u reckon thats okay? Got fighters, platies and black widows..what do u guys reckon? Looked online and says 26 is kinda the upper end for the widows and platies..the fish all seem happy and very active.

That should be fine... If they all seem ok. Get a thermometer, and register the water temps with that, sometimes the heaters go ab bit haywire! I must have knockedone of mine, because I noticed my fish were behaving weirdly. Checked the heater, it was set on 34! I put Ice blocks in .... ;) Everyone's fine now though

Jeez that was lucky.Glad that u had no casualties. I was reluctant to put a heater in because wen I was little my parents got us tropical fish and one morning we found boiled fish- the heater had malfunctioned overnight.

Here are some more pics of my new baby. Plus the two males swimming together with no agression whatsoever, wierdly. I have since separated them. And then my two females having a bit of a ruckus-they just flare at each other but never actually fight :)
