    Hello Guys/Gals

Just because I am in such a sharing mood lately.....
Here is some pics of what my guppy breeding project looks like.I decided to take over my spare bedroom in the townhouse......
Here follow the pics of what is going on:
currently: 6 x 15 liter tanks - used as labour wards :) and for the 1st month of fry development
5 x 30 liter tanks to keep my breeding pairs in
to follow shortly 2 x 60liter growout tanks for all my female fry

The Last two tanks is my 60 liter Male growout tank
and my 100 liter planted ALL male guppy tank - the water is not dirty in this tank, my driftwood is still seeping out colour after a year in the tank. Mopani wood

Love the setup, it's similar to mine, also with the racks for the tanks. I wish you all the best for breeding all your guppies....

    Very nice Len,

    Here is my suggestions:

Remove the bed. Then you have extra space. haha
Get some plants for shelter so that the parents dont eat the young.

LOL @ gdt78 - I do have plants in my community tank (those I got from you) In these tanks my java moss is still growing. But I use the 6x 15litre tanks in the pics as my maternity wards. And at this stage I wish the mommies will eat the young! I am flooded with babies. I need to sell Red lace at this stage, and within a month i will need to sell Gold Spade Tail galaxies , Red Corals and Full Blacks, I am running out of space here! (Or get rid of bed and add 18 tanks?)

Nice setup. Although it seems that you might struggle to get into your one cupboard door! :)

@PappaBear LOL- not at all, it opens up easily. If I gain any weight I might have problems

Lol djubb, I have the same problem!

Nice setup len.weideman! Was thinking of the same thing in my garage. Water changes must be hell?

Wonder if a setup with plastic containers will work, then I can interlink them and create one big filter that makes everything easier. Just have to find some way to make sure the fry don't get transfered to the filter.

@djubb - buy some tanks and get her involved in the breeding project. Worked for me. Hahahaha
@bylaag - Waterchanges does take about 3 hours of every Saturday morning, but is is loads of fun. I was thinking about an interlinked systems, but decided against it. I have various imported guppy strains, and pathogens of various strange that I mixed caused my fish to become sick in the past. So I rather go on single systems

    Hey <<Nemo>>
Thank you. It is loads of fun! I am flooded with babies at this stage. I wish I can find someone in Bloem that shares my passion, to become a side-kick, that we can split strains

Are the Red corals and the full blacks veiltails? I'm sure the Full blacks are. If so, I'm going to have to order some as soon as its warmer! I'm also getting some neon sunsets from another member. Sorry for the OT.

    Hey

The red corals are double sword tails. Full Black is Moscow veil tails, interresting thing about the full black High Dorsals, they often throw swallow tail males as well. They were crossed with swallow tails to breed the high dorsals. I love the swallow tails as well. I am busy breeding Medussas from my galaxies and Red lace, F1 generation is looking good. In a month or three I will post pics of this project
