wow i can just see so much fun with breeding and plant growth... if you get it all running and amazing you could start supplying some good quality stock of both plants and fish lol

The basic infrastructure is there and that alone costs a bundle. The pipes around the bathtubs is an aqua-phonics filter/setup. Nice.

Yebo, the basics are there, extensive cleaning needed firstly, afterwards to find the switch and get the well water into the filter system and into the tanks.
The previous owner was breeding for buyers up as far as PE area.

That's massive. Do you intend going commercial with this? Any plans yet?

Yes it is, it runs off the ground water, which is crystal clear.
There is a reverse osmosis system as well, which was used for breeding discus.
The larger hand made tanks were used for holding/breeding chiclids.
The hydroponics set up is housed in a tunnel and is a very warm environment, good for culturing plant and grow out 'baths' for live bearers.

The whole system works off one large weir/compartment filter (still to be investigated/cleaned)

    Its work in progress !!:amazed:

Wow this is incredible, I really hope you can go commercial! I hope that you can take enough time off work in the next few months to get this going fairly soon...
