My first attempt at keeping plants alive...4 foot

Just some updated pics , nothing too spectacular .
Still running 2x CO2 diys systems, dosing excel flourish once or twice a week , and been using Aquavitro "Envy"
took a shot from both sides so you can see the depth / how bushy the plants are .OH an plant IDS welcome

 

i'd say that lovely bush of moss id pretty spectacular

been ages since you updated! time for pics again, hows the moss tank idea going?

 

moving house in 3 weeks , so tank just carrying on . The taiwan moss is starting to grow insane , going to use that as a moss wall . The flame moss has started to pick up nicely as well . got loads of the spikey moss now , so once I move the tank etc , I will attach it to wood etc and see how it all turns out.

Your tank still looks great as I can see in the pics of the kribs! The spikey and java you gave me is growin well - the nano is full of moss - going to move some to the 5ft which finally has the CO2 going.

 

lol i have redone my 3 foot again!! will post some pics tonight, trying to focus on my 700L now its currently planted but more in a power growing way, i will rescape properly once i have enough plants to cover most of the 2 meter length. here is the thread if you wanna have a look http://www.tropicalaquarium.co.za/s...l-of-my-700L-Low-Tech-Planted&highlight=ammar. now my idea is to turn that into a moss tank eventually. so growing as much moss as i can as well

 

@byronb there is a plant i saw in your tank that im dying to get, i saw it when we met last, i think its attached to your wood. its kinda a spiky leafs.. not sure if you know what im talking about. if you post a pic i can tell u. and i think its time you did that anyway.. that tank really looked nice the way it is now..

nah u can have one . its prob about 5-8cms tall and around 10 leaves ..

 

mini update.
moved to new place so had to take down the tank . planning on going 90% moss , then a few plants ..
