My Breeding Tank (Remodelled)

    Ok was planning to use this little guy for a breeding tank for my Microrasboras brigittae/ kubotai

    This was a by accident tank :)
    Had the tank,the gravel, the plants and no more space in the kitchen cuboard.

    But thanks all.

    What kind of filter do you have in that tank vis?

    It is a 30L tank so I only use a Dolphin KF-350 and do regular water changes.
    It is alot more maintenance than a bigger tank.

    i had a 30/20L,i gave it to my little brother who is keeping goldfish.

    Well no point in keeping a 3ft tank to breed nano fish.

    yeah,i wonder if it is a good idea to use a 100L as a breeding tank,i will have to turn the current of a bit and find a sump that doesn't suck in fry.

    100L makes great grow out tanks. Like you said, you need a decent filter and make sure it does not
    Suck in fry, which means a sponge filter.

    Big tanks can look great but planted nano tanks are little pieces of art. Would always have nano tanks.

    Yes, I agree, Nano tanks are an awesome piece of work to put on a show table in your lounge...

    One day when I have the correct kin of set up, I want to have a 40l nano, moss all over like grass, and have a piece of wood inside looking like a tree. And all I want to put inside is Neons.
