    Hi Everyone

Took some snaps of my 3ft community before I start rescaping tomorrow. Have a few things that I plan on doing but interested to see what people think before and then after.
Will give some details of the inhabitants shortly.
Apologies for the first few skew shots.

    Regards
    Brendon

Thanks for the positive comments everyone

@Good_Times and @DerikPelser The moss is part of the background unfortunately :(
I have introduced some moss on driftwood with the new layout (Pictures soon)

@hviviers75There are 8 Barbs in the tank - 6 Green, 2 Tigers and 2 Rubys. They actually school together which is quite cool.

@Hawk Thanks for the welcome. The plants have been there for just under a year - not doing well. That is part of the reason I wanted to look at a bit of a re scape. I have also got new lighting, a whole lot of seachem additives and looking at a DIY CO2 setup at the moment. (This since the pictures taken)

Should be able to have some new snaps after this weekend although it will take some time for the plants to get going properly.

Yeah that wood makes it work and the gravel looks natural. Is that a piece of rock on top of the wood?
Is that blue fish that's constantly moving a giant danio?

Thanks for the compliments. Hoping the plants will get going nicely. Adding more moss this evening and some other snippings.
@Good_Times - That is a rock on top of the wood. Using it temporarily to weigh it down (Even though it went through a lengthy soak, it is still a bit buoyant.)
And yes you are right - it is a Giant Danio - possibly my favourite fish. I cant seem to find more Giants anywhere :( Im always on the lookout but haven't seen one in ages. I have even asked some of the LFS to give me a call when they get in. If anybody knows where I could get more, please let me know,

I have never even seen a giant danio in real life, I would also like to have me a school of 5 or 6.
Wonder why thy are so scarce, what did you pay for your's?

I cant actually remember - I have had him for just on 4 years. (I had 3 a while back)
He is a tough old guy - When we moved house, he somehow managed to jump out of the container they were in during the drive. I unpacked a few boxes before seeing him lying in the boot of my car. Panicked and picked him up by hand and dumped him back in the container. He was floating around upside down for like an hour before coming right - that was a year ago and he still going strong. :D
