The green stem on the right side looks like Bacopa Caroliniana. The tank looks great. Maybe one tip from my side. Push your rocks into the substrate and smooth around the edges. Looks more natural then rocks lying on top of the substrate.

@Deem you're in luck! I got a spare drop check which you can have, indicator fluid is a little old but it will still let you know what is happening.

How many bottles are you running? On a 3ft I think you would want to run 3 - 5 2L bottles to get enough CO2.
When I ran yeast on my 2ft I ran three bottles on a three week rotation.

Hectic! I am only running the single 2l coke bottle on my 300l but I don't have a drop checker to see my CO2 levels.

Just daisy chain them together with t-pieces, add one every 5 - 7 days until you get to four or five and then every week swap out the oldest one for a fresh one.

Use hose clamps to isolate the bottle being changed, this allows minimal pressure loss.

Remember as you start adding more CO2 to your tank you will need to have an airstone running counter to your lights, or you will end up with algae and dead fish.
