No I think Sean is correct. Vallis has rounder thicker leaves. That is definitely Helferi by looking at the sharp pointy leaves. Very nice plant.

Plant one is mondo grass. You can tell by the stiff leaves and large, thicker roots. Vallis has long thing stringy roots and very flexible leaves.

3 is an amazon sword. Can't remember what species but I have one too and it is growing fantastically in a pond outside, often sending off shoots of flowers.

So...the flourite is in  Not too sure of the placement of the rocks though. Tried to dig them into the substrate as much as possible.

Nice. i like the black substrate. Get some more to give yourself more height at the back of the tank. Also makes planting easier.

Bought 2 plants on the weekend, is the grass like one dwarf hairgrass and anyone know what the green stem plant is on the right?

    DSCF2648.jpg

Also got my diy co2 running...

    DSCF2638.jpg

How many bubbles per second should I be aiming for? And anyone in Durbs got some Ambulia to spare or know what petshop keeps some? :D

It seems most people have it, so any clippings would be cool. Anyone know what the plant is on the right in the second picture?

The grass like plant is Lilaeopsis novaezelandiae, not to be confused with L.brasiliensis, the one on the right I am unsure of, looks like it still needs to transform into its immersed form. BPS is not the right way to guage the introduction of CO2, as Ryno said get a drop checker, if you want I should have a spare somewhere at home so let me know.
