So here it is, still a work in progress. I'm picking up some more plants tomorrow so updates will follow shortly. Oh and i will be putting up a thread showing the making of the background.

    Nice looking Halfmoon meneer :)

On the plants, the front-right plants look like Anubias Barteri var.nana. Don't plant them....they will rot and die. Anubias must be tied to a piece of wood or a rock in order to survive and grow. They are very tough plants and can survive in lots of different environments, but as soon as you stick the rhizome in the substrate, they start to die.

Nice little CO2 you got there....I recently put the same thing into one of my tanks.

Am I seeing mondo grass in the tank or is that pigmy?

Tetra's CO2 Optimizer. Costs R 145 for the diffuser + cannister. Refill cannister costs approx R 50. Very simple to use

Very cool, gives me ideas to upgrade my beta's baby plastic tank to a bigger better one and use it as a planting experiment.

The mesh is holding spiky moss to pieces of slate. The moss will eventualy grow thru the mesh and for what will look like a lawn.

Hi sailing_derrick,How do you get the cement to stick on the polystyrene?
Do you use pure cement or do you add any additives?
