My 280lt tank

Ok here is a pick of my 280 lt tank as it is at the moment. (With only 1 clown loach in)

Ok ok I know what you all are going to say.............. Plastick plants 1 fish (in 280lt tank) what the heck!!

But I am so excited I will be getting 4 new fisheeees for this tank by tomorrow afternoon and and and some plant clippings. Cant wait!!!!

Still so much I would like to get for this tank. But first things first ....... live plants, some more fisheees!!!!

I got some Synodontis Euptera from Llewellen from Bloemfontein. Sooooo excited. My 280lt tank will be their new home. :ridinghorse:

And my sus is bringing her 30 Lt tank and fishes to me too. But I also have a 100lt tank and a 30 lt tank that is really in need of some fisheees. I just love guppies, angels and corry's so I think I will be getting some of them soon.

 

hehehehe. nice tank. just one more night then you got them. will be delivering them tomorrow morning to your lift

what lights do you have?

 

Thank you, at the moment only the 1 pink bulp, but as soon as I can get to a petshop I will be putting in another 2 x 100 % day lights. Or what would you recommend? I used to have 3 lights in but 2 of the bulp connectors does not want to work so I am going to replace them asap. I would like to get better bulps for the tank but not sure what way to go. Any ideas.


Unfortunatly the CO2 system is above my budget so I shall be staying with the normal light stuff.

 

get the opple energy saving 6500 lights. they come complete (bulb and balast) and is very cheap. a 3ft light is like R75 at builders warehouse. will send you a small one you can try. will also send you some other lighting odds i got. go the diy cos route. just google it to get the mix.
