Here are some shots from my first tank. To be honest, I like it and am really happy with it. It might not look neat, but that's 'cause of those little "tree" plants. They grow VERY fast and make roots where ever they grow even if there's no soil nearby. You can see the biggest bunch of them on the left side of the tank.

The loach is pretty scarce in my tank as it likes to wiggle through the grass and hide behind my powerhead's filters. The Foxes like being sucked onto the filters and sleep there :p

At the moment, the Gouramis and the Pristellas are my favorites.

Sorry for the quality of the pics. One would think an N81 should take better pics hey? ;)

Crinum Natans (from the looks of it)
    Hygrophila Corymbosa
    Sagittaria subulata

    Can't see the other plants

    Cheers

'cause of those little "tree" plants- I wish mine would take...my gouramis keep breaking the leaves off...if it's the same thing.

Nope, I don't have that issue with them. The only time I see them purposely 'attack' the plants is when they itch. Then I know it's medicine time :)

Put some baby marrow or cucumber on a stainless steel fork. This should stop them from chomping plants.
Had the same issue until I started feeding my fish with some green veggies....problem solved.

    Cheers
