My 122 x 45 x 45 tank (help

    hi all i'm new to this just bought a tank 1.2x450x450 and would like to set it up i'm wanting some advice on what to put in and what not i do know that
    i have a cousin who has plenty plants for my tank but i need to know what can i put in the tank to help it grow?

    and also what i would use to keep them at the bottom and not float
