Dam thats insane Shaun I would have gone to there offices sat in the reception area and asked for a senior manager ... and then let the shit begin.... I am at the moment not in the best mind sets and MTN is to say the least going to get it when a supervisor does call me.

Donny believe me when i say i thought of goin JACKIE CHAN on their a$$e$ but then all that happens you get yourself worked up and in crap with the cops...i can tell you a story about a certain KFC branch that had me takin away by the cops cos i baseball pitched a bucket of chicken and various salads etc at the manager......looked like a stick of c4 had gone off in the bucket showering the manager lol the chicken and stuff was everwhere ..so now whenever i start getting agro with someone my wife chirps BRILLIANT HERE WE GO WITH A STREETWISE TWO AGAIN....but ever since ..whenever i walk into the same KFC i get treated alot better lol...so ya you have the pros an cons of getting agro
And i work in service i do it everyday i work in a call center and i take customer service and lack there of very serious and don't take ka* as far as thats concerned.
Go to Mtn Head office in Pinelands (Golfpark, I think) and ask to speak to one of the regional managers or Mr. Faul Retief. Don't tell him where you got his name from! He is one of the top managers and doesn't take k@k from anybody, e-specialy e-staff!
Exactly!! You sort out the persons problem and he / she leaves with a smile on the face. Other than having to get people aggro and fight for everything.
I ported to Vodacom about a year ago... just before the time came Vodacom wanted me to sign a contract saying that if I dont get the iPhone, which was the reason for the port, I would take another phone to the same value... Pity for the the shop... one of my clients are vodacom, and after pulling a few strings they ended up loosing the contract I vodacom gave me the phone directly....
customer service is shot to hell in this country, i hate ordering from debonairs, it takes forever to get the delivery, and they also can't find the road i stay on, even after i spelled it out for them...what chops they are...oh yeah, back to the story, i'm with Cell C, and they also suck as a service provider...

Donny, I know that person since 1993 and he helped me to get my first phone -Motorola brick and I still have the same number! No need to change number, as I'm not a "skelm" and have just upgraded to a Nokia N97, as my simmcard failed when I had to switch my old N95 back on! Good luck! Gert.
I got a HTC and the moment but will be going back to Nokia spoke to someone now and MTN SP and emailed them they will call me back shortly.
